Solving payments UX problems.

As part of imagiCal, Berkeley's award-winning competitive strategy and marketing team, I worked with Airbnb's payments team to identify pain points when young and low-income people pay for Airbnb bookings.

Unfortunately I can't share much about the specifics but I can say the process (like any good design process) involved a lot of surveying, testing, and iterating, complete with some nice desktop and mobile screens to look at.
